What is Immersiva?
Immersiva provides interactive learning experiences through our website and applications. An Immersiva Experience allows users to participate in engaging, game-based activities that foster learning and exploration. For hosted experiences, the Guardian Option feature enables parents and caregivers to track progress and oversee a child’s participation.
Information We Collect
Personal Information
We may collect the following types of Personal Information:
•Identifiers: Name, email address, date of birth, username, and account credentials.

• For U.S. users under 13 or non-U.S. users under 16, we collect only limited information: email (for password recovery), username, and password.
• For participants in a Guardian Option-enabled experience, the host (e.g., a parent or caregiver) is the data controller of any personal data collected during the session.
We comply with COPPA, GDPR, and other relevant regulations regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of children’s information.
If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child without proper consent, contact us at info@immersiva.co, and we will promptly delete the information.
